I work with people who are approaching the end of life, their family and caregivers, as well as those who want to plan ahead.
I support people to understand their options at the end of life, so they can make informed, considered decisions for themselves and those they love.
Death is a natural part of life, though we don't always know when it will come.
Preparing for end of life, and talking about it with the people around you, can bring clarity and reassurance. Beginning these conversations early can ease decision-making later, and help ensure your wishes are known and respected.
My approach is gentle, practical, and guided by what matters most to you. I offer a space to reflect, consider options, make decisions, and have the conversations that can sometimes feel hard to begin.
Support may include:
Guidance and support with documentation such as Advance Care Planning (Enduring Power of Attorney, Advance Health Directive, Statement of Choices)
Understanding your options for end-of-life and after-death care, including preparing an end-of-life plan
Support to have meaningful conversations with loved ones about your wishes
Assist with providing information and nagivating services that may support you
Legacy and memory-making activities
